IIM Bodh Gaya will provide scholarship to full time Research Students (Ph.D.). It will cover all academic expenses (consisting of tuition, computer, library fees) and hostel fee.

Scholarship

• Stipend till Comprehensive Exam: Rs. 32,800/- per month
• Stipend post Comprehensive Exam: Rs. 35,400/- per month
• Stipend post approval of Thesis Proposal: Rs. 39,300/- per month

Additional Financial Support

• Contingency Grant: Rs.25,000 per year for four years
• To purchase Laptop: Rs.50,000 per one time grant
• To attend Conferences: Rs.1,75,000 for conferences after completion of Comprehensive Exam (Max within 5 years)
• Selected candidates need to pay caution deposit of Rs.30,000/- at the time of registration. Caution money is refundable after adjusting dues, if any, at the time of leaving the Institute.
• Insurance premium will be deducted from the Contingency Grant every year.
• Contingency Grant will be available for purchase of books, stationary, journal subscription, professional annual membership fee (student rates) of one national and one international society, and travel related to thesis work.
• The institute reserves the right to charge any other fees from the students or increase the fees if considered necessary. Due notice would be given, while making such changes.
• Teaching Assistance ship for two courses per year is mandatory and unpaid.

The joint-degree program offers an MBA in combination with a PhD in the sciences or humanities from the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

An MBA may be pursued in combination with a PhD in one of a wide array of  areas of study , in the biological sciences, engineering and applied sciences, the humanities, the physical sciences, and social sciences. An MBA/PhD is not available in the  management disciplines .

Students typically complete both degrees in approximately seven years, rather than the eight or more that would be required if the degrees were pursued separately. Programs are highly customized to fit each student's individual course of study, and are generally determined at the time of admission. Students must complete one full year at Yale SOM, during which they complete the integrated MBA curriculum, and one year taking courses at both schools. Students typically begin their full year at Yale SOM after PhD qualifying exams have been passed.

Students receive financial support from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences during the semesters in which they are enrolled there. They pay tuition during the three semesters during which they are enrolled at Yale SOM.

The highest salary for the class of 2020 full-time post graduate programme in management for executives (PGPX) at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad jumped to Rs 81 lakh per annum this year from Rs 60 lakh pa last year. The average salary for the batch that received 120 offers also went up to Rs 33 lakh pa this year from Rs 30 lakh pa. Even those students who had lost job offers due to the pandemic have been placed with comparable offers, said the placement head at the institute.

Master of business administration (organizational management).

MBA Core Requirements

All MBA students must earn a minimum of 30 credits and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. The following courses comprise the core requirements for all MBA students:

BUSA 505 The Business Environment , BUSA 565 Marketing in the 21st Century,Strategic Marketing Management , BUSA 575 Data Analysis for Business , and BUSA 585 Financial Accounting are not required for students admitted to the MBA with Advanced Standing. 

Advanced Standing

Students who have undergraduate business degrees accredited by AACSB, ACBSP, or IACBE and a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 may be eligible for advanced standing in Eastern's MBA in Organizational Management. Advanced standing students are not required to take four of the ten MBA core courses. Instead, to reach a total of 30 credits for graduation, advanced standing students will take four elective courses which may include a full concentration.

Optional Concentrations

MBA students may elect to pursue an optional concentration to focus their studies on an area of particular interest or career relevance.  Pursuing a concentration will result in completing more credits than required for graduation unless a student has Advanced Standing. Students may elect multiple concentrations and may drop a concentration from their program at any time. All concentration coursework must be completed prior to the student graduating from the program.

Business Analytics Concentration

The Business Analytics concentration is offered in partnership with Eastern University's MS in Data Science and is designed to equip students with the data science and analytical skills necessary for managing organizations and teams in the data-driven artificial intelligence economy. To earn the concentration, students must complete the following courses:

Students who complete DTSC 550 as part of the Business Analytics concentration do not need to complete the core MBA course,  BUSA 575 .

Healthcare Administration Concentration

The Healthcare Administration concentration explores the complexities of the healthcare industry including health delivery systems, economics, government policy, and technology and prepares students with the unique knowledge and skills required for a career in this growing field. To earn the concentration, students must complete the following courses:

 Global Sustainable Development Concentration

The concentration in Global Sustainable Development delivers a broad understanding of the vocabulary, major trends, and key tools and skills needed for the work of global poverty alleviation, including leadership, impact measurement, and finance. Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment & Admissions achieves enrollment objectives for Neeley’s portfolio of evening graduate programs by contributing to the recruiting operations in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and recommended students for admission. Additionally, the Assistant Director manages a distinct set of additional responsibilities within the department, such as serving as a liaison as it relates to student engagement activities, partnering with Centers of Excellence, managing external partner relationships, and leading the social media functional area for Graduate Programs.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

1. Executes recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for the online Professional MBA, and may support other graduate programs as needed. Manages the end-to-end admissions process, including application review, interviews, and admission recommendations. Cultivates relationships with prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the application journey. Leverages a solid understanding of new lead generation and prospect management to recruit students for graduate programs. 2. Collaborates with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment and admissions efforts. Cultivates and leverages strategic partnerships in the business community and within professional organizations in support of the growth and enhancement of graduate programs. Represents the Neeley School at external functions and interact with corporate executives and other community leaders as appropriate. 3. Responds to inquiries to admitted students concerning all phases of the admissions process. Guides prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. Ensures the completeness of applicant data in Neeley School software prior to each program start date. 4. Conducts personal interviews and analyzes and synthesizes applicant data (including undergraduate transcripts, test scores, professional work history, letters of recommendation, extracurricular involvement, essays, interview reports, etc.), in an effort to recommend the best applicants for admission. 5. Supports the operational success of the recruiting and enrollment team by providing leadership in a variety of areas, such as leading the recruitment efforts for one or more graduate degree programs, overseeing data management and analysis efforts, managing communication with program applicants, coordinating the application process, analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment efforts by channel, reporting on program outcomes, and managing the interview process for candidates. Actively participates in departmental meetings, committees, and strategic planning initiatives. As directed, supports or leads planning for events centered on current students and alumni that are leveraged for the purpose of recruiting. 6. Contributes to special initiatives as requested by supporting assessment, rankings, alumni outreach and other priorities such as developing strategies to attract diverse candidates and/or develop an international recruiting strategy, and by conducting research and analysis including assignments in support of new academic programs or program components. 7. Works in close partnership with other graduate staff and faculty, in support of attracting and yielding new students. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree. • 2 years of experience in recruiting, graduate admissions, or related fields. • 2 years of experience leading programs, projects, or other initiatives in a professional setting, including making presentations to groups and maintaining social media (experience can run concurrently).

Preferred Education & Experience:

• MBA or other relevant graduate degree. • Experience recruiting students in a competitive environment.

Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:

• Valid Driver's License. • Must be insurable under the university motor vehicle requirements.

Preferred Licensure, Certification, and/or Specialized Training:

• Salesforce (or other CRM) knowledge and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of social media marketing strategy and execution. • Knowledge of a consumer orientation. • Knowledge and strong understanding of higher education admissions processes and best practices. • Skill in communication and interpersonal communication, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Skill in leadership to effectively lead a team or project. • Skill in oral and written communication and organizational techniques. • Skill in making effective presentations. • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to establish rapport and credibility with a variety of constituents. • Ability to learn new software tools quickly. • Ability to secure meetings with key decision-makers within local companies. Ability to travel occasionally to professional development conferences and/or to develop new markets.
