The editor has made changes to your document using ‘ Track Changes ’ in Word.  This means that you only have to accept or ignore the changes that are made in the text one by one.

It is also possible to accept all changes at once. However, we strongly advise you not to do so for the following reasons:

• You can learn much by looking at what mistakes you have made.
• The editors do not only change the text, they also place comments when sentences or sometimes even entire paragraphs are unclear. We therefore advise you to read through these comments and take into account your editor’s tips and suggestions.
• Because of the many changes, sometimes there may be double spaces, double periods, or other minor mistakes in a sentence. Checking the changes one by one, you can easily detect these minor errors.

An opinion of a steady customer

I've used the PRS at least a dozen times. Never have had any negative experiences. While in some cases, the proofread text is "just" quite good, there are also cases when a proofreader is extremely helpful due to his thoughtful comments and general commitment. Taking into account affordable prices, I can only highly recommend.

I like their work

I like their work, aside from language correction, they give you advice on keeping things consistent, neat and orgenized. Sadly there were moments when the editor pointed things that were incorrect but gave no suggestion. It could be because of the load of work on the editor caused them to skip some parts. Overall I recommend them and will most likely deal with them again

Proofreader made a mistake that cost me time

The proof reader made a mistake and deleted all the Mendeley format that required me to reinterpret all the citations that took time. It was nice that the company gave me a voucher but the initial response was a bit lethargic and I had to push the issue. I hope the company will learn from this experience. That said I have good experiences in the past and will give the company a chance again.

Application Is a Scam!

i attempted to apply for job, signed up for free account, then asked to enter card number to verify identity. since it has such good reviews (i suspect they are paid for) i trusted it. i was immediately charged $2.99 and 39.99 with no fine print seen (i took screenshots just in case) and received fraud alert from bank because the site is considered suspicious. luckily i didn't have $40 in the account because i never use my real account i use a prepaid card one. but this is a scam do not click apply or get started.

I had to correct an error (grammar) after the review. FANCELLU_13052022 (ref. no. 202205-13184024) In the tracked-version I received from PRS.com there was the following sentence : "As a consequence, significant delays in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant and pre-malignant lesions has occurred, with possible effects on..." I had to correct 'has' with 'have' In addition: ALESSANDRO_FANCELLU_20032022 upgrade to super express (ref. no. 202203-20152242-2) I payed to upgrade to the super express service, but I did not receive the proofs in the scheduled time.
