قائداعظم محمد علی جناح ایک وکیل، سیاست دان اور بانی پاکستان تھے۔ پاکستان میں انہیں قائداعظم، یا “عظیم رہنما،” اور بابائے قوم، یا “بابائے قوم” کے طور پر جانا جاتا ہے۔

قائداعظم محمد علی جناح 25 دسمبر 1876 کو کراچی، پاکستان میں پیدا ہوئے۔ انہوں نے لندن میں لنکنز ان سے قانون کی تعلیم حاصل کی اور بیرسٹر کی حیثیت سے پریکٹس کرنے کے لیے 1896 میں ہندوستان واپس آئے۔ 1913 میں، انہوں نے انڈین نیشنل کانگریس میں شمولیت اختیار کی اور برطانوی ہندوستان میں مسلم اقلیت کے رہنما کے طور پر تیزی سے مقبولیت حاصل کی۔

قائداعظم پر مضمون

قائداعظم کی پیدائش

پاکستان کے بانی کا نام محمد علی جناح ہیں۔ وہ 25 دسمبر 1876ء کو کراچی میں پیدا ہوئے۔ ان کے والد کا نام پونجا جناح تھا اور ان کا پیشہ تجارت تھا۔

ابتدائی تعلیم

قائداعظم بچپن ہی سے کافی ذہین تھے۔ چھ سال کی عمر میں محمد علی جناح کو اسکول میں داخل کروا دیا گیا۔ انہوں نے میٹرک مشن ہائی اسکول سے پاس سے کیا۔ اس وقت ان کی عمر سولہ سال تھی۔

اعلیٰ تعلیم

میٹرک پاس کرنے کے بعد ان کے والد نے اعلیٰ تعلیم حاصل کرنے کے لئے انھیں انگلستان بھیج دیا۔ وہاں انہوں نے تھوڑے ہی عرصے میں بیرسٹری کا امتحان اچھے نمبروں سے پاس کر لیا۔

پریشانی کا دور

جب قائداعظم انگلستان میں تھے تب ان کے گھریلو حالات خراب ہونا شروع ہو گئے تھے۔ ان کی والدہ کا انتقال ہوگیا اور ان کے والد کو تجارتی کاروبار میں بہت نقصان ہوا۔ ان کی مالی حالت بہت خراب ہو گئی لیکن قائداعظم نے واپس آ کر ان حالات کا ہمت اور حوصلے سے مقابلہ کیا۔ کچھ عرصے کے بعد ان کے مالی حالات بہتر ہونا شروع ہو گئے۔

سیاست میں حصہ

قائداعظم نے انگلستان کے زمانہ طالب علمی سے ہی سیاست میں دلچسپی لینا شروع کر دی تھی۔ وطن واپس آ کر وہ کانگریس میں شامل ہو گئے۔ یہاں بھی انہوں نے اپنی قابلیت کا لوہا منوایا۔ ان کی جرات اور بے باکی کے اعتراف کے طور اہل بمبئی نے  ”جناح حال“   تعمیر کیا۔

مسلم لیگ میں شمولیت

جلد ہی قائداعظم کانگریس سے بددل ہو گئے۔ انہوں نے محسوس کیا کے کانگریس صرف ہندوؤں کی نمائندہ جماعت ہے۔ جسے مسلمانوں کی بہتری کا کوئی خیال نہیں۔ چناچہ وہ مسلم لیگ میں شامل ہو گئے اور اس کے صدر بن گئے۔ قائداعظم کی ولولہ انگیز قیادت کی وجہ سے مسلم لیگ جلد ہی مسلمانوں کی مضبوط ترین سیاسی جماعت بن گئی۔

جدو جہد آزادی

قائداعظم نے ہندوستان کے مسلمانوں کے لئے ایک الگ آزاد ملک بنانے کا مطالبہ شروع کر دیا۔ مسلمانوں کو انگریزوں اور ہندوؤں کی غلامی سے آزاد کروانے کے لئے قائداعظم نے ان تھک کوششیں کیں۔ انگریزوں اور ہندوؤں نے زبردست مخالفت کی لیکن انہوں نے ہمت نہ ہاری اور اپنے مقصد پر ڈٹے رہے۔

قیام پاکستان

آخر کار قائداعظم اپنے مقصد میں کامیاب ہو گئے اور 14 اگست 1947ء کو مسلمانوں کے لئے ایک الگ آزاد وطن پاکستان وجود میں آگیا۔

پہلے گورنر جنرل

آزادی کے بعد قائداعظم پاکستان کے پہلے گورنر جنرل بن گئے۔ انہوں نے پاکستان کو مضبوط بنانے کے لئے دن رات محنت کی۔

صحت کی خرابی

کام کی زیادتی کی وجہ سے ان کی صحت خراب ہو گئی۔ ڈاکٹروں نے انہوں آرام کا مشورہ دیا لیکن پاکستان کے استحکام کی خاطر انہوں نے اپنی صحت کی ذرا پروا نہیں کی۔

قائداعظم کی وفات

بیماری کی حالت میں بھی قائداعظم لگاتار محنت کرتے رہے جس کے نتیجے میں قائداعظم کی طبیعت مزید بگڑ گئی اور وہ 11 ستمبر 1948ء کو وفات پا گئے۔

قائداعظم کا مزار کراچی میں ہے جہاں دور دور سے لوگ اس عظیم قائد کو خراج عقیدت پیش کرنے آتے ہیں۔

نتیجہ (Conclusion)

قائداعظم ہماری تاریخ کے عظیم ترین رہنما ہیں۔ قیام پاکستان کے دوران ،   ان کی خدمات ناقابل فراموش ہیں۔   اگر آج ہم ایک آزاد ملک میں آزادی سے زندگی بسر کر رہے ہیں تو یہ ہمارے عظیم رہنما قائداعظم کی کوششوں کا نتیجہ ہے۔

اتفاق کی بات یہ کہ ان دنوں باپ کا کاروبار تباہ ہوگیا اور وہ کئی مقدمات اور مشکلات میں پھنس گئے۔محمد علی نے ولایت سے واپسی پر سب سے پہلے باپ کے مصائب کو دور کیا۔پھر وکالت کے لئے بمبئی چلے گئے۔یہاں چھ ماہ تک پریزیڈینسی مجسٹریٹ کی آسامی پر فائز رہے۔پھر وکالت کی پریکٹس شروع کر دی اور جلد ہی چوٹی کے وکیلوں میں شمار ہونے لگے۔

اس وقت ہندوستان میں کانگریس کی دھوم تھی۔محمد علی بھی اس کے ممبر بن گئے اور ‘صلح کا شہزادہ’ کے لقب سے مشہور ہوئے۔وہ کئی سال تک کانگریس کے ممبر رہے مگر جب دیکھا کہ کانگریس کی جماعت صرف ہندوؤں کی بہتری کے لیے کوشاں ہے اور مسلمانوں کو اپنا غلام بنانے کی فکر میں ہے تو آپ نے کانگرس کو چھوڑ دیا اور ولایت چلے گئے۔

یہ زمانہ مسلمانوں کیلئے نہایت کٹھن تھا۔انگریز حکمران اور دشمن تھا۔ساری قوم دشمن تھی۔اگرچہ  ۱۹۰۶ء سے مسلم لیگ قائم تھی مگر درحقیقت بے جان سی جماعت تھی۔علامہ اقبال مسلمانوں کی بے بسی پر کڑھتے تھے۔رات دن اسی غم میں تڑپتے تھے۔آخر انہوں نے دیکھا کہ محمد علی جناح کے سوا کوئی ایسا مسلمان موجود نہیں جس پر بھروسہ کیا جاسکے اور قوم کی باگ دوڑ اس کے ہاتھ میں دے دی جائے۔چناچہ آپ نے خط لکھ لکھ کر انہیں اس بات پر آمادہ کیا کہ وہ وطن واپس آئیں اور مسلم لیگ کی قیادت سنبھالیں۔چناچہ وہ واپس آئے اور انہوں نے مسلم لیگ کی قیادت سنبھالی۔قوم کے بکھرے ہوئے شیرازے کو جمع کیا۔شہر شہر جا کر قوم کو جھنجھوڑ جھنجھوڑ کر جگایا اور ایک پلیٹ فارم پر لاکھڑا کیا۔

گاندھی جی نے ان کے مقابلے میں کئی پینترے بدلے۔مسلمانوں کو گمراہ کرنے کی کوشش کی لیکن مسلمانوں نے ان پر توجہ نہ دی۔ ادھر علامہ اقبال نے ۱۹۳۰ء میں مسلم لیگ کی سالانہ جلسے میں اپنی صدارتی تقریر میں فرمایا کہ مسلمان ایک قوم ہیں اور ان کے لئے علیحدہ وطن کی ضرورت ہے لہذا ہندوستان کے وہ علاقے جہاں مسلمانوں کی اکثریت ہے، انہیں ملا کر ایک اسلامی مملکت تشکیل دی جائے۔

اس تقریر پر ہندو بہت تلملائے۔مگر مسلمانوں کا ایک نصب العین بن گیا تھا۔محمد علی جناح نے اسے اور اچھالا۔ولایت کے ایک مسلمان طالب علم رحمت علی نے اس مجوزہ اسلامی ریاست کا نام ‘پاکستان’ رکھا جو ہر مسلمان کی زبان کا نعرہ بن گیا۔

انگریز اور گاندھی نے ہندوؤں سمیت اس کا نہایت شدت سے مقابلہ کیا لیکن محمد علی جناح نے نہایت خوبصورتی سے جواب دیا۔آخر انگریز اور ہندوؤں دونوں کو مسلمانوں کا مطالبہ ماننا پڑا اور ۱۴ اگست ۱۹۴۷ء کو دنیا کے نقشے پر پاکستان کا وجود ثبت ہو گیا۔

اب تک محمد علی جناح کو مسلمانوں کی طرف سے “قائد اعظم” کا لقب مل چکا تھا۔ چناچہ جب پاکستان کی سلطنت قائم ہوئی تو آپ اس کے پہلے گورنر جنرل مقرر ہوئے۔لیکن آپکی عمر نے وفا نہ کی۔دن رات کی محنت سے آپ کی صحت خراب ہو گئی اور آخر ۱۱ ستمبر ۱۹۴۸ء کو یہ پاکستان کا بانی، نڈر اور بے باک جرنیل قوم کو روتا چھوڑ کر راہی ملک بقا ہوا۔

کسے معلوم تھا کہ کاٹھیاوار کے رہنے والے چمڑے کے ایک متوسط درجہ کے تاجر جناح پونجا کے ہاں پیدا ہونے والا یہ نحیف و نزار بچہ بڑا ہو کر اسلامیان ہند کا نجات دہندہ اور ان کا غمخوار بنے گا۔ اپنی ملت کی ٹوٹی ہوئی کشتی کو سنبھالے گا اور اسے ساحل مراد تک لے آئے گا۔ یہ معصوم بچہ بڑا ہو کر ان ظالموں اور لٹیروں کا محاسبہ کرے گا جو گزشتہ دو صدیوں سے اسلام کے نام لیواؤں کو اپنے ظلم اور نا انصافی کی چکی میں پیس رہے ہیں۔

محمد علی جو بعد میں جناح کہلائے اور پھر اسلامیہ نے ہند کے کروڑوں مسلمانوں کے قائد اعظم بنے ان میں سیاسی رجحان تو لندن میں زمانہ طالب علمی کے دوران ہی پیدا ہو گیا تھا مگر ہندوستان آکر ایسی اقتصادی اور مالی دشواریوں سے دوچار ہونا پڑا کہ سیاست کا تصور بھی نہیں کر سکتے تھے۔ لیکن جب حالات ذرا ساز کار ہوئے مالی دشواریوں کا بوجھ کم ہوا اور نسبتاً سکون و آرام میسر آیا تو یہ جذبہ پھر ابھرا اور رفتہ رفتہ جناح نے سیاست میں حصہ لینا شروع کر دیا۔

معزز سامعین یہ دور اندھیروں کا دور تھا روشنی کی کرن کہیں بھی نہیں تھی مسلمان سامراجی طاقتوں کے شکنجے میں جکڑے ہوئے تھے آزادی کا سویرا بھی بہت دور تھا، نوجوان برسٹر محمد علی جناح جسے دنیا قائداعظم کے نام سے جانتی ہے۔

جب بمبئی کا یہ نوجوان برسٹر جہاں عدالت کے کمرہ میں اپنی بیاحت بیان اور طلاقت للسان کے جوہر دکھاتا تھا وہاں کانگریس کے سٹیج پر ایک بلند خطیب اور پرمغز مدبر، ایک شعلہ مقال مقرر، ایک بے باک سیاست دان کی حیثیت سے اس کے جوہر کھلنے لگے۔ وہ کانگرس کے پلیٹ فارم پر شیر کی طرح گرجتا تھا اور بلبل کی طرح چہکتا تھا اس کے زورِ کلام کی دھوم مچ گئی اس کے آگے بڑے بڑوں نے سر تسلیم خم کر دیا۔

Quaid e Azam Day 25 December Speech In Urdu

Muhammad Ali Jinnah  (25 December 1876 – 11 September 1948) was a lawyer, politician, and the founder of Pakistan. Jinnah served as leader of the All-India Muslim League from 1913 until Pakistan’s independence on 14 August 1947, and then as Pakistan’s  first Governor-General from independence until his death. For the first time in Bangladesh's history, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's death anniversary was commemorated in Dhaka.

The commemoration marked the 76th anniversary of Jinnah, and Urdu songs and poetry were played and recited in the country's capital city,  Dhaka Tribune  reported on Thursday.

The publication stated that the event was organised by the Nawab Salimullah Academy at the Tofazzal Hossain Manik Miah Hall at the National Press Club in Dhaka.

The event was also expecting the arrival of the Pakistani high commissioner to Bangladesh as the chief guest, however, he was unable to mark his presence. Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal, meanwhile, was in attendance.

A keynote paper, outlining the trajectory of Jinnah's life, was also presented at the event by Prof Dr Mostafizur Rahman. The academy's president Muhammad Abdul Jabbar and journalist Mostafa Kamal Mojumder were also present to mark the death anniversary.

A poet, Jafarul Haq Jafar, recited an Urdu poem at the event, while the songs in Urdu were performed by two Pakistani students studying in Bangladesh.

"If Bangladesh had not been part of Pakistan in 1947, we would have been in the same position as Kashmir today, with the Indian junta holding weapons to our necks. Bangladesh gained independence because of Pakistan, which Jinnah helped create," said Nagorik Parishad Md Samsuddin, the convener of the event.

"Why should we change the name of Allama Iqbal Hall or Jinnah Avenue? These changes were made because Delhi wanted them, but we did not. Bangladesh must foster strong relations with China and Pakistan," he added.

The speakers attending the commemoration event spoke highly of the Quaid, stating that Pakistan would not have been created without Jinnah and that had that not happened then "Bangladesh too would not exist".

"Jinnah is the father of our nation, but we do not acknowledge it. We must preserve our brotherhood, and I hope that both Jinnah’s birth and death anniversaries will continue to be observed here every year," said  Nazrul Islam, one of the speakers at the event.

He added that regardless of the circumstances, Bangladesh also gained independence, stressing that Dhaka must now maintain its relationship with Pakistan.

Showering praises on Jinnah, another attendee at the occasion maintained that the "political incompetence and strife" facing the Indian continent after 1857 were ended by him.

"Had Jinnah not taken responsibility for Bangladesh in 1947, we would have been in the same situation as West Bengal, remaining a part of India. It was because of his leadership that East Pakistan remained united with West Pakistan," he said, advising the new set-up in Bangladesh to assess the country's friendship.

Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal, who also attended the commemoration ceremony, termed Quaid-i-Azam's leadership on the Muslim League's platform "outstanding".

He added: "His vision for the new nation was clear. He advocated for a progressive and inclusive state, reflecting a commitment to freedom and tolerance. His contributions were not only revered in Pakistan but also across the world."

DHAKA: What is described as a historic first, Bangladesh marked the death anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in Dhaka.

The 76th death anniversary of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founding father of Pakistan, was commemorated at the National Press Club in Dhaka with Urdu songs and poetry on Wednesday.

Speakers on the occasion highlighted various aspects of Jinnah’s life, remarking that Pakistan would not have been created without him, and without Pakistan, “Bangladesh too would not exist.”

Unfortunately, the Pakistani high commissioner of Bangladesh could not attend the event as the chief guest. However, Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal was in attendance.

Prof Dr Mostafizur Rahman presented the keynote paper, outlining various events from Jinnah’s life…. from his birth to his death.

Jafarul Haq Jafar recited an Urdu poem about Jinnah, while two Pakistani students studying in Bangladesh, Mohammad Tahir and Kamran Abbas, performed songs in Urdu dedicated to him.

“If Bangladesh had not been part of Pakistan in 1947, we would have been in the same position as Kashmir today, with the Indian junta holding weapons to our necks. Bangladesh gained independence because of Pakistan, which Jinnah helped create,” Samsuddin said.

Meanwhile, Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal said Jinnah’s leadership in the Muslim League had been outstanding. “It was the beginning of an important mass movement for the Muslims of India.”

“Why should we change the name of Allama Iqbal Hall or Jinnah Avenue? These changes were made because Delhi wanted them, but we did not. Bangladesh must foster strong relations with China and Pakistan,” he added.

The speakers attending the commemoration event spoke highly of the Quaid, stating that Pakistan would not have been created without Jinnah and that had that not happened then “Bangladesh too would not exist”.

“Jinnah is the father of our nation, but we do not acknowledge it. We must preserve our brotherhood, and I hope that both Jinnah’s birth and death anniversaries will continue to be observed here every year,” said Nazrul Islam, one of the speakers at the event.

He added that regardless of the circumstances, Bangladesh also gained independence, stressing that Dhaka must now maintain its relationship with Pakistan.

Showering praises on Jinnah, another attendee at the occasion maintained that the “political incompetence and strife” facing the Indian continent after 1857 were ended by him.

“Had Jinnah not taken responsibility for Bangladesh in 1947, we would have been in the same situation as West Bengal, remaining a part of India. It was because of his leadership that East Pakistan remained united with West Pakistan,” he said, advising the new set-up in Bangladesh to assess the country’s friendship.

Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal, who also attended the commemoration ceremony, termed Quaid-i-Azam’s leadership on the Muslim League’s platform “outstanding”.

He added: “His vision for the new nation was clear. He advocated for a progressive and inclusive state, reflecting a commitment to freedom and tolerance. His contributions were not only revered in Pakistan but also across the world.”

In a historic move, Bangladesh marked Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s death anniversary in Dhaka for the first time.

The 76th death anniversary of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founding father of Pakistan, was commemorated at the National Press Club in Dhaka with Urdu songs and poetry on Wednesday.

Speakers on the occasion highlighted various aspects of Jinnah’s life, remarking that Pakistan would not have been created without him, and without Pakistan, “Bangladesh too would not exist.”

Unfortunately, the Pakistani high commissioner to Bangladesh was unable to attend the event as chief guest. However, Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal was in attendance.

Prof Dr Mostafizur Rahman presented the keynote paper, outlining various events from Jinnah’s life, from his birth to his death.

Jafarul Haq Jafar recited an Urdu poem about Jinnah, while two Pakistani students studying in Bangladesh, Mohammad Tahir and Kamran Abbas, performed songs in Urdu dedicated to him.

“If Bangladesh had not been part of Pakistan in 1947, we would have been in the same position as Kashmir today, with the Indian junta holding weapons to our necks. Bangladesh gained independence because of Pakistan, which Jinnah helped create,” Samsuddin said.

Another speaker, Nazrul Islam, said: “Regardless of how it happened, we have gained independence. We must maintain our relationship with Pakistan. If Jinnah had not been there, Pakistan would not have existed, and without Pakistan, Bangladesh would not exist. Jinnah is the father of our nation, but we do not acknowledge it. We must preserve our brotherhood, and I hope that both Jinnah’s birth and death anniversaries will continue to be observed here every year.”

Md Shakhawat, another attendee, said that after 1757, the political incompetence and strife in the Indian subcontinent were ended by Jinnah.

“Had Jinnah not taken responsibility for Bangladesh in 1947, we would have been in the same situation as West Bengal, remaining a part of India. It was because of his leadership that East Pakistan remained united with West Pakistan. Now we must assess our friendship,” he added.

Meanwhile, Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal said Jinnah’s leadership in the Muslim League had been outstanding. “It was the beginning of an important mass movement for the Muslims of India.”

Bangladesh honors Quaid-e-Azam on his death anniversary

In a heartfelt tribute to the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, a special event was organized in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on the occasion of his death anniversary.

The event, hosted by the Nawab Salimullah Academy, took place at the Tofazl Hussain Manik Mian Hall of the National Press Club.

The gathering aimed to honor Jinnah’s legacy and his significant role in the creation of Pakistan. Banners displayed throughout the venue prominently featured his famous decree of "Unity, Faith, and Discipline," a reminder of his guiding principles.

Kamran Dhangal, Pakistan's Deputy High Commissioner, was the chief guest at the event, which was attended by a large number of scholars, journalists, writers, and historians from Bangladesh. The event provided a platform for speakers to reflect on the role of Jinnah in the creation of Pakistan, the Pakistan Movement, and the enduring influence of his leadership.

The speakers emphasized that without Jinnah's leadership, Pakistan would never have been formed, highlighting the role he played in ensuring that Muslims in the Indian subcontinent could have their own nation. One speaker noted that if Pakistan had not come into existence, Bangladesh too would not have been born, and both countries would have been subject to the same struggles as Kashmir today.

Nazr Islam, a key speaker, stated, "Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the father of our nation, and while some may not accept it, we must recognize the importance of maintaining our brotherly ties with Pakistan. We should celebrate Quaid-e-Azam’s contributions every year."

Other speakers, such as Muhammad Sakhawat and Shams Alain, praised Jinnah for his political acumen and vision. Sakhawat remarked that Jinnah put an end to the political infighting that had plagued the Indian subcontinent since 1757, while Alain stressed the importance of maintaining Bangladesh's strong ties with both China and Pakistan.

Pakistani Deputy High Commissioner Kamran Dhangal reflected on Jinnah’s leadership within the Muslim League, calling it the beginning of a mass movement that ultimately led to the creation of Pakistan. He also emphasized Jinnah's vision for a progressive and inclusive state that advocated freedom and tolerance for all.

The event included a keynote paper presented by Professor Dr. Mustafizur Rehman, which traced the key milestones of Jinnah's life. A special Urdu poem dedicated to Jinnah was recited by Jafarul Haq Jafar, and two Pakistani students studying in Bangladesh performed Urdu songs in honor of the Quaid.
