The Sims 4's Discover University Expansion Pack added new hobbies, skills, and careers alongside that all-important shiny new set of cheats in the game to dive into - so here's how to use them all.

In the table below, you'll see cheats for both 'BA' and 'BS'. BA is for Britechester University and BS is for Foxbury Institute .

The types of degrees available are degrees, degrees with honours, distinguished degrees, and distinguished degrees with honours - the latter of which is indicated by 'Honors' at the end of the code.

The Sims 4 Discover University skill cheats

Discover University introduced two new skills to the game, robotics and research and debate skills.

To cheat these to their max levels, you'll need the following codes:

All you'll need to change about these codes when entering them in-game is to replace the 'X' with the number of the level you wish your Sim to reach. For example, you could do 'stats.set_skill_level Major_ResearchDebate 3' if you just want to give them a little headstart in the skill.

Career cheats for Discover University

Five new careers arrived in Discover University, with some being perfect for your post grads, and others being more suited to Sims during their studying days. You can promote your Sims that have been assigned these careers in a jiffy with the following codes:

If you want your Sim to go down a career level, simply replace the word 'promote' to 'demote' in the cheat, and they'll fall one rank down in the ladder.

The Sims 4: How to do Homework

Homework in The Sims 4 is a necessary evil and a part of everyday life for most people IRL so it makes sense that it would be inside a life simulation game. From the time your sims turn into children until they’ve graduated University they are going to be doing homework and it will take up a significant part of their lives.

There are actually a few hacks you should know to get your sims to have more fun when doing homework, get it done quicker, and just generally finish it in a timely fashion that will make you a better sims player.

How to Do Homework for Children

When a sim’s kid returns from their long day at school they are going to have a little orange book inside of their inventory which is their homework. This should be completed before they attend school again which is usually the next day unless it’s the weekend.

You can get your sims to start doing their homework by clicking on the homework book in their inventory and choosing do homework . Your sims will find the nearest place to sit (even on the ground) to start working on their homework and will work until they are finished unless they are interrupted by low needs or an event trigger like a fire.

Any adult can come over to this sim while they are doing their homework and you can choose help with homework which will get the adult involved and sitting with the child and they will get their homework done much quicker.

There is even a system for sims kids (not teens) where if your kid gets all of the four children skills to level 3 they’ll have the option to breeze through homework instead of do homework and this will get the job done quicker.

Getting these skills all to level 7 will give them the option to dominate homework which will get it done even more quickly. This is a nice hack to really finish it without it being a huge part of their day.

Once a child has finished their homework, if they have a B or higher in school, they actually have the option to do extra credit after they’ve finished their regular homework. This is good for you if you want to get your sims to increase their school performance.

If you ever find your sims without a homework book in their inventory and you have no idea where it could be you can actually purchase these for one simoleon on any book case!

How to Do Homework for Teens

Homework works pretty much the same way for teens except their homework book is a nice blue colour instead of the orange that kids get. To get them to work on their homework you’ll get them to go into their inventory and click on it and choose do homework and they will start working on it.

They too have the option to have an adult sim to help with homework by getting that sim to click on them when they’ve started their homework and getting them to assist to make it go more quickly.

Once a teenager has a B in school they have the option to do extra credit after they’ve finished their regular homework. This will help them increase their school performance and get to an A as soon as possible.

Bonus Tip: Use the earbuds from The Sims 4: Fitness Stuff Pack when doing homework to keep your sims fun need up so they aren’t feeling tense when they’re done working on it.

School Projects

With The Sims 4: Parenthood there’s a pretty decent chance each week that your sims kids will come home with a school project that they can decide to complete for a boost to their grades. If they don’t complete it within a few days they may get a small decrease to their school grades but it’s not substantial.

These projects come home with your sims in their inventory and are rather easy to complete. They have the option to work on it either carefully or sloppily. Choosing sloppily will get the job done quicker, however, you won’t see a huge increase to their grades but you also won’t see a decrease.

The better option is to work carefully so your sims can improve their school grades. While they are working on these projects they’ll actually gain a skill depending on the type of homework they are working on. For sims kids they’ll be skills like mental, creativity, etc. but for teenagers it’ll be more specific like rocket science or painting .

One awesome thing is that you can get other sims to assist in the project up to 3 sims so you can get these projects done extremely quickly and if an adult sim who has a high skill in the project type assists it’ll go so quickly.

Working on these will also increase your sim’s kids’ responsibility character value which is awesome but failing to complete it will negativity impact this.

How to Do Homework in University

With the 2019 addition of The Sims 4: Discover University we have a whole new type of homework for your sims to have to work on. These homework books are going to be a black and white composite notebook that will appear in your sims inventory when they enroll in their first semester of university.

Each time your sim goes to a class they are going to need to do their homework before they attend that class if they want to get a good grade, meaning that if you’re taking multiple classes your sim will be needing to do homework multiple times per week.

To get this University homework done you’ll want to click on the homework book and choose which class’ homework you actually want to work on and get started. You don’t have to do it all in one sitting so you can start and stop as many times as you want.

An awesome detail about University homework is that if your sims have a high level of the research and debate skill they’ll actually breeze through their homework much more quickly. You can also add the study spot lot trait to your sim’s lot to make it easier.

It do work!

Doing a 4 course in sims 4 is a real tedious chore. It will consume all your sims time and you won’t have time to do anything else. They did this way worse than sims 3 university.

There are a few tricks mind you! First of all you can be at home instead, makes it all much easier and you can(like mentioned above) add the “study spot” trait to your home.

The next trick is using the club! Make sure, if you go to the university, add everyone you see to your club. Focus on getting “Rally the Troops” perk. That will allow you to get back all your energy and other needs quickly whenever you want. There is no cooldown on this. It requires 500 points so it’s not bad at all. Just make sure the gathering is on at all times(which it should be since you most likely won’t be leaving the lot). The homework perk does not work for university.

EA could easily have fixed this by reducing the homework time from 2 hours to 1 hours imo. They made it too much of a chore. It’s a GAME after all.

But that’s the whole challenge bruh

The Sims 4 Discover University extension packs provide you with 3 new career opportunities namely engineering law and education. Each of these career options is further categorized into multiple branches such as the computer and Mechanical engineering branch, the judge and private autonomy branch, and the professor and administrative branch respectively.

All these carriers can be promoted using the syntax  careers.promote . 

2. Sims 4 University Skill Cheats (2024)

The extension pack has also brought some additional skills that your Sims need to work on to get accepted in specialized degree programs offered by the two universities available in the game. The desired skill level can be stated using the syntax  Stats.Set_Skill_Level. 

Note that the skill cheats will also work on robotic skills as well as research and debate skills that are going to be extremely useful for further progress in the game. 

3. Sims 4 University Enrollment Cheat (2024)

When you have turned on the cheats feature on your Sims 4 game you need to click on your sim why you are holding the shift key to open a debug menu where you will find an option named “enroll in university”.

8. Sims 4 Degree Cheats (No Mod Required) 

If you are trying to build a perfect student in the game by allowing yourself to give access to distinguished degrees for all majors, then you must make sure that you read it till the end. In case you only need a regular degree, it is better to use the debug menu to re-enroll yourself in another course. 

With the help of the syntax  Traits.Equip_trait,  to add your desired degree to your sim. Moreover, while they are just simply traits, they also offer you specified slots on the semiology panel.

Additionally, when you join a career in the future in the game, you can become eligible for all the bonuses that a graduate would get because the game interprets you as a graduate just because you have all the relevant traits.

The Sims 4: Discover University Explained 

This pack introduces a completely new world known as Britechester, a traditional college town that includes two institutes for higher learning. Moreover, while this may resemble the gameplay of dignity but the aesthetics, histories, and expertise vary majorly.

While the Foxbury Institute is fairly new to the town and focuses on science and technology, Britechester University is a well-known institute that specializes in humanities and arts. 

The Discovery University gameplay allows you to choose from 13 different degrees from both of the available universities with a variety of subjects. However, based on the respective specializations of the universities, the quality of the degree will have a keen difference. The degrees associated specifically with a school based on its specialism are known as “distinguished degrees”.

Regardless of the institution you choose, the career of your Sims will be benefited greatly after earning a degree. However, if you manage to get your Sims a distinguished degree, they can enjoy an added advantage for their career. 

To be able to gain a distinguished degree you need to make sure that you meet the high entry requirements and to get accepted into the university. Each of the universities available in this extension pack has three organizations that can only be accessed by the students of the particular institution.

Choosing your desired organization to join and attending the events organized by them can allow your Sims to enjoy several benefits such as increasing skill development, gaining extra credit for associated classes, unlocking unique social interactions, free skill-building objects, and clothing and decorative items. 

How to Enroll in a University in The Sims 4?

If you want to apply for university in Sims 4, you need to first turn on your computer in the game and navigate to the “ university ” option followed by “ apply to universities “. The application of your sim will be considered for all the degree subjects available at both universities automatically.

Moreover, as soon as one or two days passed in the game, you will receive an acceptance letter in your household mailbox. This letter will contain information related to the degree subject for which you have been accepted at various universities. 

It is also possible to check back the status of your application with the help of a computer that will probably provide you with an answer earlier. After successfully getting the news of your acceptance you can easily enroll in any of the universities with the help of your cell phone, computer, or even mailbox.

Choosing A Suitable Degree in Sims 4 Discover University 

A lot of players already have a degree plan for their sims – that’s because some want to tell a story e related to a particular character and others choose a degree subject as per their own aspirations.

However, if you resonate with none of the above then you may have not decided about the future of your Sims yet. Even if you have already figured out what degree your sims should pursue, you don’t have any idea about what it should do after graduation. 

In addition to the several careers available in this extension pack, there’s also a dedicated list known as “other packs” that has several additional careers. However, this pack needs to be bought separately and there’s also a relevant add-on pack required to be able to access this career option after the graduation of your sim.

Whether you purchase this pack or not, the core skill development will still be a part of the base game as well as the Discover University extension pack. If you also have some other packs activated in your game, you will see that you also have optional classes available upon enrolling for several skills that contribute towards the credit and grade of your degree. 

Furthermore, if you have been playing this game mode for a while you may have noticed that there are a handful of Korean branches that are not associated with any kind of degree and branches from the base game namely: 

• Culinary – mixologist branch 
• Athlete – professional athlete branch 
• Tech Guru – eSports gamer branch 

It is still suggested to Sims with extracurricular career benefits to enroll in a university because participating in e-sports or soccer will still provide the same benefits as a degree for these types of careers. To be able to access various activities your Sims just need to be enrolled at any of the available universities studying their desired degree.

These activities can be easily joined by using a phone to “search for a job” or look out for them under the school activity category. These are essentially the part-time jobs of real life, but unpaid in the game. 

The mixologist branch is the only e career that does not have any benefits related to University. Moreover, it is considered a full-time vocation and has been inbuilt categorized as an academic pursuit at all. In a game where even criminals are taking their careers seriously, it may be a little bit hurtful for professional bartenders.  

Benefits of Getting a Degree in Sims 4 Discover University Extension Pack 

When your Sims graduate with a degree they can join any of the desired careers that provides them numerous benefits such as easier promotions, higher pay, more vacations, increased performance, and also a sign-in bonus that appears once a week in the game.

A graduated Sim can also get a chance to join these careers at a higher position that, in most cases, allows the player to choose their desired career branch right away. 

Without a degree, a Sim would be required to choose their branch between levels 5-8, that too after beginning their journey from basic entry-level. However, as the degrees are meant to be branch-specific, they allow you to start from the point where all your educational efforts can start paying you off immediately.

Keep in mind that owning a degree does not offer you any kind of carrier benefits in case your SIM is pursuing an alternative money-making method such as: 

• The Sims who are registered as self-employed have their own products such as harvested plants, paintings, and so on.
• Part-time jobs are available in the base game such as fast food employee, babysitter, manual laborer, Barista, retail employee, and many more.
• The Sims who are making money with odd jobs are seen first in the Island living extension pack. 
• The Sims, own a business such as a restaurant for dining out, a retail store for getting to work, and a vet clinic for cats and dogs.

These occupations can still be pursued by your sins even after they have completed their graduation. However, the degree-related bonuses are not available for the profession stated above but you can still make a lot of friends to make your Sims’ life less miserable.

Distinguished and Honours Degree in Sims 4 – What Are Their Benefits? 

The extent of career bonuses that you are likely to receive after graduation depends on whether you have applied for a distinguished degree or an honors degree. The main difference lies in the career entry-level of these degrees. If you have a normal degree then your related career is likely to begin from level 6.

On the other hand, if you have an ordinary degree with honors or a distinguished degree without honors, you can straight away start from level 7. On top of that, if you have a distinguished degree with honors, then you can avail yourself of the best opportunity by jumping in straight at level 8 to begin a related career.

There are several other starting bonuses such as holidays, higher pay, and accompanying increases in your salary. 

Getting Accepted for Distinguished Degree in Sims 4 

While it’s pretty straightforward to get accepted into a University in the Sims 4 extension pack, all you need to do is pay your application fee of 75 simoleons. However, if you look closely you will find that all the available options are ordinary degree courses offered by both institutions.

To be able to view the distinguished degrees offered by the universities and enjoy the higher benefits they are offering, you need to pass several entry-level requirements, apart from paying the application fee, and the worst part is that they do not tell you upfront about the requirements.

There is also a new moodlet known as “undistinguished” that increases the sad emotional state. To avoid your SIM from getting hit with it, you need to make sure that they meet the criteria for getting accepted into a distinguished degree program. 

This can be done by trying to improve the skills associated with a particular distinguished degree. However, things are surely not going to be as easy as you assume it to be because there are numerous skills available in the sense for as per the different life stages, and you would require to have proficiency in the majority of the skills to be able to get accepted for a distinguished degree in a University. 

The improvements based on skills that increase your chances of gaining a distinguished degree are available in two varieties: 

Bonus skills: it includes several skills that are associated with expansion packs of the game apart from the discovery University that offers a one-time boost after reaching level 3 

Base Skills: world’s best skills are often the core skills associated with the degree, it is not essentially true for all of the skills. As your base skills improve the chances of acceptance for your letter will also increase. It is ideal to work on the skills when you are a level 3,5, or 9 to gain even better chances of getting accepted for a distinguished degree. 

The progress metrics for a distinguished degree admission along with the skills that are required to improve, cannot be tracked in the game and are kept hidden purposefully. The game requires all child Sims to attend school. In previous games, you could choose the type of grade school your children and teens attended, though now public school is your only option. Fortunately, you can influence their mood and social life during the school day by helping them make decisions about social dilemmas.

For example, you might receive a notification about another child Sim cheating on a test or bullying the younger Sims. Parenting your Sim through these scenarios directly impacts their personality.

Adults Can Choose To Attend University

Young adult Sims can choose to further their education by attending a university. You can pick between two schools with the Discover University Expansion pack. Before attending, your Sims must apply, as real university students would.

The two university options, the University of Britechester or the Foxbury Institute of Technology, will analyze your Sim’s skills and grades before offering an acceptance or denial letter. You can also apply for scholarships and loans to help finance your Sim’s education. Once they attend school, they can choose a different degree like literature, electronic arts, science, technology, etc.

Every adult Sim attending a university must complete homework, just like the child Sims do, though they usually spend less time each day in class. University students must balance term papers, daily homework, extra credit, and exams while attending classes. Helping your older Sim stay on track with their university homework prevents them from failing the semester.

You Don’t Need to Worry About School Transportation

You’ll notice that Sims 4 doesn’t have a school bus or any other transportation system to get your child or teen Sims to school. Luckily, you don’t need to worry about walking them or watching them arrive. In Sims 4, all students automatically teleport to the necessary classroom at the appropriate times.

Locating Homework Gets Complicated

Keeping track of all the homework in the Sims 4 universe isn’t easy. Each student’s age group receives different homework books, so it’s important to keep them organized. The following key outlines each Sim’s homework book color by age:

• Children: Yellow Grade School Handbook and orange homework book
• Teen’s homework: Blue homework book
• Adults: Black and white book (found in the Sims inventory)

When your child Sim comes home from school, they’ll bring an orange book in their backpack with all their homework. You must have them complete homework before the next school day. Follow these instructions:

• Open the Sim’s inventory for your younger Sims.
• Click “Do homework.”
• Aid them with any needs as they work.
• Send an adult Sim to help with the child’s homework.
• Click “help with homework” from the adult Sim’s inventory.

Note that whenever you leave a Sim to do homework, they will continue working until finished unless they need something. Keep an eye on event triggers and low needs to ensure that your Sim child or teen continues working hard.

Teenaged Sims complete regular homework just like the younger Sims. Once they’re home from school, open up the inventory menu and select the option to work on class homework. You can make one of your other Sims offer homework help to complete the process more quickly by following the same instructions above.

If your teen Sim has a B in the class, they can choose to do extra credit as well to boost their grades. Helping your teen Sim get an A improves their odds of getting accepted into a university.

We also recommend getting earbuds from the Fitness Stuff Pack to let your teens listen to music while they do homework. Sometimes grueling school hours can decrease fun levels, but music helps keep energy high.

Completing School Projects

Aside from regular homework, sometimes your family members bring home school projects. In Sims 4: Parenthood, you’ll likely see a school project at least once weekly.

Unlike homework, projects are semi-optional. If your Sim completes the work, their grade goes up, but if they don’t finish it in a few days, their grade will only go down a small amount.

You can have your Sims complete projects just as they do homework. The new homework project appears in the inventory, where you can prompt your Sim to begin working on it. You have two options to choose from when they do homework for a school project:

• Sloppy : Letting your Sim do homework sloppily completes the project faster, though it offers smaller grade increases.
• Careful : When Sims work carefully on a project, they boost their grades more and gain certain skills, depending on the project type. Child Sims might gain creativity or building skills while teens can acquire more specific ones like painting or rocket science skills.

To make the homework project fly by, you can have up to three Sims work on it together, including adults. We recommend assigning an adult with more advanced skills to help move things along. Once completed, any child Sims will receive improved responsibility character value scores.

Completing Adult Sim University Work

If you sign up for the University Expansion, you have the fun opportunity of sending your adult Sims to college. University homework is more advanced since it requires your Sims to do homework for multiple classes at once. Rather than doing one homework assignment daily, each Sim might need to complete two or three to prepare for classes the next day.

When you’re ready to have your Sim do homework, click on the specific homework book for the class you want them to work on. Remember, university books are black and white. After selecting the appropriate class, your Sim can work on their homework for as long as you choose.

Well, if you want to make your Sim’s life a bit easier, you can use cheats to quickly unlock specific skills and degrees.

But first, you need to enable cheat codes. To do that, press Ctrl , Shift , and C if you’re on PC, or Command , Shift , and C on Mac. If you’re playing The Sims 4 on a console, simply press the four shoulder buttons simultaneously.

The Sims 4: Discover University grade cheats

You cannot edit or change your Sim’s grades in The Sims 4: Discover University. There are no cheat codes to get the job done.

What you can do instead is cheat for the skill required for a particular class. That should improve your grades. However, leveling up specific skills won’t change past grades.

Speaking of grades, it’s best to start preparing your Sims for academic success early on. To ensure your Sims get good grades in high school , send them to class while Focused and make sure they always do their homework.

By the way, if you get the “Unable to execute the command” error when you use cheats, save your progress, and go to the home screen. Then, go back to your lot, and try to enable cheats again.

Are you looking for ways to take care of your kid’s grades fast? School cheats are the way to go as they give you absolute control over kids’ school performance, no matter if they are high school, or grade school students. To find out more about how to use these cheats, keep reading!

School is one of the unavoidable elements of growing up in the Sims world. Kids and teenagers all need to attend classes regularly, get to school on time, and do their best to keep up with homework. They have a system of grades from  F to A  to rank their success in school.

Although Sims could always attend school, with  Sims 4: High School Years , school life is richer and more realistic than ever. If your kid neglects  homework  and misses out on school frequently, they will become an F student, and the social service of Sims 4 will take them away from you. They can even take  after-school activities ! Because sometimes you just need to focus on other elements of your storyline, let’s see what the magic world of grades cheats can do for you! 

Why and when to Use school cheats?

Anyone who has played an 8-member household knows what it’s like to lose track of the daily activities of each family member. The ideal study mood for students is  Focused , and it takes time to  fix grades  if they drop too low. While kids are done with homework relatively fast, teens need around 4 hours to complete their homework, which is a lot of time, considering they are also spending a lot of time just going to school. Unlike kids, they can’t Breeze Through or Dominate their homework.

Sometimes we just want to skip the school part and let our kids and teens focus on skills and fun. Other times simply need to get quick results that align with our gameplay scenarios. Either way, cheats are a good way to get a handle of grades, improve focus or deal with after-school activities! Some school cheats are irreversible, while others give you more space to experiment and revert back. Let’s dive into it!

how to activate cheats?

Before we jump into activating school cheats, let’s first do the necessary – activate cheats. The universal cheat for that is  testingcheats true  and you’ll need to type it into a special dialogue box in the upper left corner of your screen, and hit  Enter  button. To open this cheat box, if you are playing on PC, press  CTRL + SHIFT + C.

• If you use Playstation:  press both bumpers (R1 + R2 + L1 + L2). Use the ” X ” button to select the chat box. 
• If you use Xbox:  press and hold both bumpers (LT + RT + LB + RB). Use the ” A ” button to select the box.
• If you use Mac:  press  CMD + SHIFT + C.

Once cheats are successfully activated, simply use the same method for opening the chat box for all other school cheats.

How to Get Better Grades With Cheats in Grade School

Your youngest doesn’t have to spend ages doing homework to get straight A’s. There are school cheats that allow you to go a few levels up, or down, depending on what your objective is.

To level up, all you need to do is type  careers.promote Gradeschool,  hit that Enter button, and this will instantly rank them a level higher. You might have to repeat this a few times, depending on how bad their initial grades are. For instance, if your kid has a C grade, to get them to an A grade, you’ll have to use the cheat code twice.

If you love drama and are plotting for your kid to be taken away for having bad grades and being neglected, you can also use the counter-cheat to drop their grades as low as an F. To do that, type  careers.demote Gradeschool . Feel free to use these school cheats as many times as necessary.

How to Get Better Grades With Cheats in High School

Now, here comes the high school version of the previous grades cheats . If you have a reckless teen that just refuses to stay on schedule and study, you can always turn to cheats. Open a dialogue box, type  careers.promote Highschool,  hit Enter, and watch their grades change instantly. 

If you are aiming for a reverse effect and would like to make young troublemakers, or make them shift grades for worse, type  careers.demote Highschool  and press Enter to activate it. You can play with both high school grade cheats to fluctuate between levels as you desire and shift easily from a straight F student to an honorable student.

Cheats to Help You Graduate School Faster

If you are bored with seeing your teens go to school every day and have bigger plans for them and school is stealing your precious time, worry not. ”A” grade students have a chance to graduate faster than others and do better once they get employed as young adults. However, thanks to school cheats, this perk isn’t only limited to A students. 

You can make any student graduate school early by typing  traits.equip_trait trait_hsexit_graduate_early  in the dialogue box. You can even make them graduate with honors and shine in all their brilliance by typing  traits.equip_trait trait_hsexit_graduate_honors .

Or, if you want to make your Sim super ambitious and get them to not only graduate but also become a Valedictorian, we got your back. Use  traits.equip_trait trait_hsexit_graduate_valedictorian,  and your wish will be fulfilled!

How to Get Expelled With Cheats

Thanks to Sims 4: High School Years, students can drop out of school via computer by clicking on  High School > Drop Out of High School . This will prevent them from taking some career paths as they progress to the next stage of life. However, did you know that thanks to school cheats, you can also get them expelled? All you need to do is type  traits.equip_trait trait_hsexit_expelled  in the cheat box, confirm the action, and watch your teen Sim say goodbye to high school once and for all. 

If you end up regretting getting your Sim expelled, give this School Quit & Rejoin Mod a go.

How to Get your Students to Focus?

No matter if they are going to grade or high school, your kids and teens will need to be focused to study. Students who have a  Focused moodlet  learn much faster and get their tasks done with fewer hurdles and procrastination. There are two ways you can do that – by directly applying a cheat on your Sim, and second, by making their space more inspiring for studying. 

The first of these school cheats is  add_buff FocusedHigh.  However, if you’d like to extend the Focused period for your students, type in sims.add_buff e_buff_focused, press Enter to confirm, and this will instantly activate the 12-hour Focused moodlet period, which is more than enough to get good results in whatever they are earning. 

You can use a counter-cheat whenever you decide to stop the Focused effect. For that, you will need to type in  sims.remove_all_buffs  and this will cancel out the previous moodlet.

The second, and more ‘’organic’’ way to do it is to unlock home decor that will help them focus. To do that, type  bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement  in the dialogue box. This will grant you access to all objects that enhance focus, so go ahead and place them in their workspace. 

cheats for after school activities

Sims who join after school activities, need some help, too. There are four after school activities they can opt for from Sims 4: High School Years. To get them promoted or demoted in any of their chosen activities, use these after school activity cheats :

• Cheerleader Team – careers.promote hsteam_cheerteam ( or to demote – careers.demote hsteam_cheerteam)
• Chess Team – careers.promote hsteam_chessteam (or to demote – careers.demote hsteam_chessteam)
• Computer Team – careers.promote hsteam_computerteam (or to demote – careers.demote hsteam_computerteam)
• Football Team – careers.promote hsteam_footballteam (or to demote – careers.demote hsteam_footballteam)

University Tip: You don’t need to finish homework to get a good grade

Just thought I’d do an experiment with my current University sim. He’s going for a distinguished degree in fine arts and for the entire semester I only had him do 50% of his homework every night. I still did the presentation and term paper excellent quality and went to class on time and took notes everyday. Just finished the semester with an A+ ! And I saved so much time, it only takes about an hour to get to 50% where it takes two or more to finish it. I may try doing even less homework this semester and see what happens.

How to Do Homework in The Sims 4 — Pass Your Academics

In The Sims 4, you can experience the life you’ve always wanted. As long as that life includes completing homework for your child and / or teen sims. If you want to make doubly sure your offspring are on the fast-track for success, you’ll want to make triply sure they’re completing their weekly homework.

How to Do Homework in The Sims 4

So, you’re the proud parent of a little simlish bundle of joy … or two … or three . Each weekday — Monday to Friday — your child or teen sim will have homework after school. You’ll find it in their inventory, and if you select it from there, it will give you the option to complete the homework.

It is also an option to have an adult help them with their homework by clicking on the adult, selecting the child or teen sim, and then clicking on the HELP WITH HOMEWORK option. Either of these options will help to preserve their school performance and give them a wealth of knowledge and experience.

How do you take your final exam in The Sims 4?

If you have an adult sim taking university courses, you can have them take the final exam by attending the last day of class. It should be noted, however, that it appears a bug exists that prevents players from having their sim take the final exam. As of writing, no official source has confirmed nor denied this bug’s existence nor have they confirmed or denied that a patch fix has been implemented.

Britechester & Foxbury Student Organizations

Participating in campus groups in the sims 4 discover university.

Head to a University Kiosk to learn the upcoming schedule for Organizations on your Sim's campus.

A major part of The Sims 4 Discover University is the campus life, and it delivers one aspect of that student experience via the Student Organizations system. Here I'll list them all out so that you can determine your options depending on which of the two Universities you're attending, and what skills/activities are involved. If there's a substantial reward, we'll look at that as well.

How to Join

Once your Sim is in one of the student organizations, the old Get Together Clubs panel is used to give you a measure of progress and activities that will increase your standing in the group.

For all but the Secret Society joining is a simple matter of going to the University Kiosk, selecting 'Get University Info' then Organization Events. This will bring up a schedule of events for your university (though it's possible to switch to the other). Note the time and either head to the location when the event is on, or you may use the Kiosk to 'Go to Event'.

When you're at an event, introduce yourself to a Sim that is likely a member (they will tend to wear similar outfits or t-shirts). You can ask to be let in, and the open nature results in a join. Now your organization panel (hotkey 'U') will change to show upcoming events, your current rank, and what you need to do in order to be promoted.

Gaining Ranks in Student Organizations is pretty simple once you're in. Being friendly with other members will show a symbol above your Sim's head. Of course, completing tasks will have to be part of that process and you'll need to check off all the tasks to get a new set.

It's important to note that being friendly with other members may be key to ranking up in these, though you can only use the option so much. I managed to fill the bar nearly to full using only socials, then needed to finish the remainder of it by finishing the activities listed.

Secret Society - "Order of Enchantment"

I have a page with a bit more information on the Secret Society and everything involved with them. They can be joined no matter which of the two universities you're attending. Both campuses have a statue to which you can use, "Make Offering for Academic Success". Offering a rare metal or crystal, or excellent-quality baked goods (desserts) will result in a visit from the Secret Society the following night (bear in mind there is some cutoff late-night on which they won't come until the next evening). They'll even wake your Sim if you are asleep.

Joining this has a number of powerful benefits, but may rely on you doing some collecting for maximum effect. See my guide to the Secret Society (Order of Enchantment) for more information.

Can you only join the organization for your university?

No idea tbh, try it and see. Just save your game first before trying to join so you can quit without saving if you don't like the result.

I don't believe you can. My sim is attending Brightchester, but I wanted her to join the robotics org and I had her attend a few of the events. The option to join never showed up. I had her attend the debate club event and introduce herself to one member and she was able to request to join immediately.

I think the descriptions for the Spirit organizations are reversed.

Britechester Spirit Corps: Expect your school's Lobster Mascot or the Juice Keg to make an appearance at one or both of these gatherings. (The Lobster mascot is from Foxbury.)

Foxbury Spirit Squad: The Britechester Spirit Corps has a mission to spread the joy of school cheer in everything they do. (The BSC is obviously from UBrite, not Foxbury.)

After you finish with college, do any of the Organization rewards remain? Or is it just something to do while enrolled? In short, is there a point to Organizations after college?

Nothing remains so they are simply things for your Sim to do while enrolled at uni.

The Brainiacs give you Mental Magister as a permanent reward trait when you become a Senior member (level 3). That means you will always learn mental skills at a faster rate. I suspect the Art Society is the same way for creative skills. The Bot Savants have a similar reward but it wouldn't be as useful since it's only for the Robotics skill.

Yep, I can confirm the Bot Savants top reward follows you forever. It's a 20% reduction to robotics upgrades forever, which is quite helpful for Servo!

I feel like this pack has a lot of bugs, like when I played my sim in uni for a semester, then went to another household, then came back a few days later, her GPA tanked and I think it's because the week still continued even when I play playing the other household and have autoage off for other sims. This was awful because she had a 4.0 and now is at a B+ and she lost her chance at honors. Has this happened to anyone else and is there any patches to fix it? the game was already saved from my other household so I couldn't even go back to the time before it was saved.

But aside from that lol, do you know what happens if you leave an organization and then join it again? Are you still at the same rank? My sim's accomplishments stopped counting towards the orgs, so I'm hoping this will help but don't want to lose her progress. Also, if you got so far in an org with one degree and go back for another, do you have to start over again or do you pick up where you left off?

The second part of my last comment, I just answered by trying it in the game lol. She left the orgs and rejoined and her progress towards the next level was reset but her task completion started counting towards the progress again and she picked up where she left off. Not sure what happens when you come back though and would still love some knowledge on the uni semester timer when playing another household besides the one currently enrolled. :)

Looks like my teen student can't join any "after-uni" activities, including orgs and sport/programming.

The Sims 4: How To Do Homework (from Elementary to College)

Not even a Sim can escape homework

Who knew that homework could follow you into the digital world? With  The Sims 4 , students aren’t exempt from it. Unless, of course, they want to watch their grades plummet. Whether you have an elementary-aged child, a teenager, or an  adult  hitting the books in college, they must learn how to do homework in  The Sims 4 . Adults can only do so if you have the Discover University DLC, though, as college isn’t a feature in the base game. Now, let’s pull up a chair and get to studying.

The Sims 4 Homework Guide

Homework is a feature available for kids in elementary school, high school teens, and adults attending college. The only way to ensure a good grade in school in  The Sims 4:  homework  must  be done. It’s easy, though. For kids and teenagers, do the following:

• Select the Sim in question and open their inventory
• Find the homework book ( orange for kids/blue for teens )
• Select the homework book and choose “Do Homework”

The Sim will find anywhere free to sit, and as long as they’re not interrupted by another Sim or their needs, they should complete it in a decent amount of time. Homework works the same for adults in college in The Sims 4 . The only difference is what you’ll see depends on how many classes you’re taking:

• Select the Sim and open their inventory
• Find the black-and-white composition homework book
• Select the book and choose which class to do homework in (if taking multiple classes)

Homework Tips

You can get by well enough by simply doing homework every day before school. But we don’t want to just do homework in The Sims 4 . We want to thrive at it. You can do a few extra things to ensure your Sim gets the job done fast and efficiently.

Get Help From Parents

Want to be a good parent in The Sims 4 ? Well, help the kids out with homework. Both children and teens can get homework help from their parents. As an adult Sim, walk over to younger Sim doing homework, select them, and choose “Help with Homework.” This will help them get through it faster.

Raise Your Skills

Raising skills is a great way to finish homework faster in The Sims 4 . Get children to level 3 in all four skills to see the option to “Breeze through homework.” Get to level 7 to “Dominate homework” for an even faster experience.

Adult Sims can benefit from this, too. Raise your research and debate skills so that they’ll finish their university homework faster.

Keep Things Fun

This homework tip won’t necessarily help you finish it faster in The Sims 4 , but it will help your Sim maintain their Fun need. Because, let’s face it, homework isn’t exactly a thrilling experience. If you don’t want that need to trickle into the red (and you have the Fitness pack), choose to equip your Sims’ earbuds from their inventory. Listening to music tends to keep their Fun up so that they’re not upset once they’re done.

Cheats and Mods

Now, if you really don’t want to bother with homework in The Sims 4 , you can always dabble in cheats and mods. Remember to enable cheats before you do anything. You can dive into the fun world of cheating on any system:

• PC: Press ctrl + shift + c , type testingcheats true , and hit enter. Close the box by selecting ctrl + shift + c again.
• Console: Hold all four triggers down on the controller until the text box shows, then type testingcheats true and hit enter. Close the box by hitting all four triggers again.
• Mac: Press command + shift + c , type testingcheats true , and hit enter. You can close the box by pressing command + shift + c.

If we’re just focusing on homework, these cheats can help:

• Makes your Sim Focused
• Makes your Sim Focused for 12 hours

Higher focus ensures that Sims can complete homework much quicker. For college Sims, you can cheat the Research and Debate skill with this:

• stats.set_skill_level major_researchdebate 10

As for mods, there are too many to list. If you’re comfortable using them, you can check out places like curseforge to discover a variety of homework-related mods for The Sims 4 . Some can help Sims get their work done faster, while others ensure they actually sit at a desk. It’s up to you if you want to explore any mods.

And that’s just about everything you should know about homework in  The Sims 4 . Some people enjoy the brain challenge, while others view it as yet another chore. But the faster you get it done, the quicker you can return to more delightful activities, more so for the  adult Sims  out there.

Sims 4 Faster Homework (University Edition)

University students will complete their homework in about 10, 25, or 50 minutes depending on which one you choose. Default is about 150 minutes.

Additionally, they’ll be able to complete their homework even while Tense or Uncomfortable.

• Note – Sims with Research & Debate skill at 3+ will complete faster than above times.

*Faster Homework for Teens/Children can be found in Homework Tweaks. Completely compatible.*

Mod Requirements

University required.

Download only ONE version:

• University students will complete their homework in about 10 minutes

• University students will complete their homework in about 25 minutes

• University students will complete their homework in about 50 minutes.

How do you use Sims 4 mods ? Extract the two files within the . zip file and place both of them into your Sims 4 mods folder. The mods folder is found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mod

I am having a problem with the sims 4 University University and city living the elevators do not work so they can not go to work or class. I didn’t expect my sim to become a servo, how do I reverse it? I accidentally saved after the command so I can’t go back to my previous one.

I tried: traits.remove_trait trait_Humanoid_Robots_MainTrait But nothing happened, in CAS when I change clothes my sim goes back to normal but when I leave CAS, I’m a servo again.

Overview of The Sims 4 MC Command Center Mod

The MC Command Center Sims 4 mod has so many game options available, it can be dizzying to find what you want but we’re going to give you a quick breakdown of each part of the mod so you know exactly where to start looking for the options you’d like to adjust.

MC Global Settings

Most of the global settings for the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod can be found in the main menu, located on any computer in your worlds. Click on any computer and look for the MC Command option. This is where you’ll find the menu to adjust many of the settings in your game.

• MC Command: This is the main module of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod. No other files will function without the main mod file installed. They all rely on this core mod. On a computer, this is where you’ll be able to change general global settings like the world time, set up child support and inheritance payments nd more.
• Career: This section of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod handles all career related settings. Control career difficulty, how fast teens and kids finish their homework, and more!
• CAS: This portion of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod allows you to control global settings for many different CAS features. Control how slim or big your townies can be or what body shapes they are or aren’t allowed to have, prevent Sims from gaining or losing weight and muscle mass over time, and lots more stuff.
• Cheats: If you need to cheat a Sim’s motives, career, skills, or pretty much anything else, you’ll find the option to do so here! This is handy because it saves you time typing out long cheat codes.
• Cleaner: This is kind of like a data cleaner. Clean up messy relationships, properly delete any culled Sims still floating around, and tidy up stray items.
• Clubs: This module of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod is specific to the Get Together pack’s clubs feature. Increase the max number of Sims allowed in a club, monitor club members and more.
• Dresser: Set facial hair and makeup settings, clean up messy outfits, and more on a global scale.
• Occult: If you own any packs that come with an occult life state, you’ll find this section useful for controlling those occults. Control how many occults can be in your world at a time, how often alien abductions happen and many other things.
• Population: Control how many Sims are in your world, under what circumstances they should move to a new residence, whether you want the Maxis Neighbourhood Stories to handle their lives or your custom settings you’ve set up with the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod and more!
• Pregnancy: Although this section says Pregnancy, it handles adoption and marriage settings, too. Control how many Sims adopt children, who can get married, whether to take personality compatibility into account when setting up marriages or not, control divorces, and a tonne more stuff!
• Tuner: This is more of a technical portion of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod but it’s useful for controlling Sim autonomy.
• WooHoo: Since this module has more “M for Mature” features such as teen pregnancy and teen/adult romantic relationships, it’s not hosted on CurseForge. If you want this part of the mod, you will have to download it directly from Deaderpool’s website and manually install it into your Mods folder. Control Sim nudity, set up Risky WooHoo and autonomous Risky WooHoo, enable or disable teen pregnancies and many more settings related to WooHoo in the game.
• Reset Settings: If your settings have gotten all convoluted and you just want to reset everything and start fresh, this menu will allow you to reset all of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod’s settings to their default states.

MC Sim Settings

In addition to the global settings you’ll find on any computer in the game, you can also click on your Sims to bring up individual settings with the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod. When you want to change things that affect all Sims in your save, use the computer. However, if you want to change settings for just one individual Sim, use the MC Command option on that Sim.

You’ll find most of the same categories as you would see when clicking on a computer but you’ll have different options available tailored to that specific Sim rather than all the Sims in your world.

• Modify Household in CAS: This takes you directly into CAS to edit the household without having to find and interact with a mirror or dresser. If you have increased the household limit above 8 using the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod’s settings, this will appear as just Modify in CAS and you will only be able to edit that Sim, not the whole household. This is to prevent the game from deleting extra household members when leaving CAS.
• Sim Commands: Maintain your Sim here. Rename them, kill them, delete them, change their age, and more. Occult commands are also in this section.
• CAS: Copy and paste body presets between Sims or different outfit categories, adjust your Sim’s physique, choose their favourite drink and favourite umbrella, manage their traits and more!
• Cheats: Cheat your Sim’s career, skills, satisfaction points, retail/restaurant/vet clinic points, their money, and more.
• Cleaner: Move your Sim’s inventory to another Sim and delete or sell their personal and household inventories.
• Dresser: Copy/paste CAS parts between Sims, instantly change their outfit without having to go through the Change Outfit animation, disallow specific clothing items, remove all accessories, and many more options here.
• Pregnancy: Manage your Sim’s pregnancy. Start an alien pregnancy or control the genders and offspring count of a currently pregnant Sim. You can also set the trimester, pause, and terminate the pregnancy.
• Tuner: Enabling this allows you to click on almost any object in the game and set the autonomy settings for that object. For example, if you don’t want Sims to autonomously get water from the sink, you can click on any sink on the lot and disable the Get Water interaction for it.
• Sim Flags: Flags are custom settings that determine what a specific Sim is or is not allowed to do. For example, you can assign a flag to a Sim to never marry and that specific Sim will never get married even if they are eligible for marriage with your Neighbourhood Stories or the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod’s story progression settings.
• Flag Active Sims: This does the same thing as the Sim Flags options, except it affects the entire household, not just the Sim you have selected.
• Relationships: Control your Sim’s relationships through this menu. Set another Sim as their relative and adjust their friendship and romance levels with other Sims.

You should have a pretty solid idea of the kinds of things you can do with the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod by now, but there is still so much more that can be done with this mod. If you’re looking for a detailed breakdown of every single option available in this mod’s settings, read on!

Here’s a full, detailed breakdown of every single option available to you in the MC Command Center Sims 4 menu when clicking on a computer. All computer settings you adjust with MCCC will be applied globally across your entire save. This is where you control big things that affect all your Sims, like story progression, and gameplay difficulty.

MCCC Settings

• Auto-Save Name: Choose what name to save your game under. It can be anything you want to call it.
• Auto-Save Slot Number: The Sims 4 uses slot numbers to keep saves in order. If you want to change this, you can, but you can also leave it set to the default setting.
• Maximum Save Slot Number: Set the maximum number of save slots for the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod to use when saving the game. Maximum is 10. Default is 1.
• Save Interval Amount: Set how often you want the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod to save the game automatically.
• Save Interval Type: Set auto-save to every Sim-day, every Sim-hour, every real world hour, or just before midnight in the game. The default is once every real world hour.
• Show Confirmation Dialog: In case you don’t want the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod to auto-save all the time, you can enable this to be prompted to cancel the auto-save whenever it’s time to auto-save the game..
• Use Auto-Save: Global toggle to enable or disable the auto-save feature entirely.
• Adopt Neglected Child: By default, the game just deletes children who are taken by social services due to neglect. Enabling this setting prevents this from happening. When a child is neglected, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod places the child with an adoptive family in the world. This can be useful for getting your children back if social services takes them, but you will have to set your Sims as the child’s parents again. The child’s parents will change to their adoptive parents.

• Maximum Household Size: Increase the maximum household limit. The default is 8 but you can have up to 104 Sims in a household if you want to. This only applies to adding Sims to the household via pregnancy and cheats. You are still restricted to 8 Sims when trying to move Sims between households using CAS and the household menu.
• Maximum Rename Length: Increase the maximum number of characters you can use when renaming Sims using the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod. However, if you try to edit that Sim in CAS later, you’ll get an error because their name is too long.
• Baby Motive Decay Percent: You can slow down or speed up the decay of newborns here. (not infants).
• Cat Motive Decay Percent: If you own Cats and Dogs, you can control the motive decay for cats.

• Sims Are Immortal: This setting disables death across your whole save. Sims will be completely immune to all death types.
• Sims Die on Lot: Sometimes, a Sim might die while wandering in the common space, resulting in no tombstone spawning for them. Enabling this setting prevents this. Sims will only die if they are standing within the property line of the lot.
• Bypass Skill List: You can select specific skills for the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod to ignore when using skill cheats on Sims such as Max All Skills.
• Skill Difficulty Adjustment: Make building skills slower or faster!
• Skill Difficulty Exclude List: You can exclude certain skills from the difficulty adjustment.

• Apartment Bill Percent: If you own City Living, you can change the bill percentage for apartments if it’s too low or high for your liking.

• Spouse Relationship Change Percent: Specify how likely it is for a married couple’s relationship to increase or decrease over time. 0 means relationships will never change. 100 means all relationships will always change.
• Bypass Played Households: Enable this setting if you only want unplayed Sims to be affected by your relationship settings. Your played households will never be affected by MC’s relationship settings.
• Allow Homeless Romance Move-In: If enabled, this allows homeless NPCs to move in with Sims currently living in the world if they develop a romantic relationship with them.
• Move-In Ages: Decide what age groups can move in together if their romantic relationship is high enough.
• Move-In Romance Level: Specify what romance level Sims need to have in order to move in with each other.
• Romance Move-In Percent: Specify what percentage of unmarried couples will move in together.
• Friendship Decay Percentage: Specify the rate of friendship decay for Sims. 0 disables friendship decay entirely.
• Friendship Difficulty Adjustment: Make building friendships easier or more difficult.
• Relationship Culling: Choose between EA’s culling system, MC’s, or disable relationship culling all together. Relationship culling is when Sims periodically forget Sims they’ve met but never established a friendship with.
• Romance Difficulty Adjustment: Make building romantic relationships easier or more difficult.
• Romantic Decay Percentage: Specify the rate of romantic relationship decay. 0 completely disables romance decay.
• Cat: Choose how long cats live
• Dog: Choose how long dogs live
• Human: Choose how long human Sims live. Occult Sims will still age (or not) as they normally would unless specified in the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod’s occult settings.

The MC Command Center Sims 4 mod doesn’t just allow you to tweak gameplay mechanics, though. You have much greater control over CAS as well. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the MC CAS menu under the computer options.

• Apply Appearance Template: If you enable this setting, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod will check all Sims that spawn in an area to make sure they fall within the physical limitations you’ve set for them under the other MC CAS settings.
• Auto-Set Celebrity Walkstyle: If you own Get Famous, choose whether level 4 celebrities will have the celebrity walkstyle by default or not.
• Change Walkstyles on Age-Up: If enabled, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod will change a Sim’s walkstyle to the one you set for that age group when they age up.
• Define Appearance Template: There are many submenus here but we won’t list them because they’re very self-explanatory. You can control the minimum and maximum body proportions of all generated Sims using these settings. Choose male or female and then pick the specific body part you want to adjust. All generated Sims will always fit the specific proportions you’ve specified in these settings.
• Exclude Traits: If there are certain traits you hate and don’t want any Sims to have, you can select those traits here and Sims will never be given those traits when being generated or upon aging up. This doesn’t retroactively affect existing Sims.
• Female Fit/Fat Limits: Pretty self-explanatory. Choose the minimum and maximum weight and muscle mass female Sims in your world are allowed to have.
• Male Fit/Fat Limits: Also self-explanatory. Choose the minimum and maximum weight and muscle mass male Sims in your world are allowed to have.
• Monitor Physique: Enable this to have the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod check to make sure all Sims in the world are within the Fit/Fat limits you’ve set for them.
• Use Parent Physical Attributes: If enabled, teenagers will inherit their parents’ body part and fit/fat settings instead of being random.
• Parent Values Variance Percent: Decide how much you’d like offspring’s body proportions to vary from their parents’.
• Use Parent Skintones: If a parent has a custom skin tone, you can enable this to make the game pick one skintone or the other for children rather than averaging out the skintone.
• Use Parent Skin Details: If enabled, children can inherit skin details such as moles, freckles, and birthmarks from their parents.
• Bypass Blue Babies: If you own Get To Work, hybrid babies from a human/alien pairing will always have a normal human skintone rather than one of the alien skintones.
• Set Default Walkstyle: Under this menu, you can select which walkstyle you want Sims of each age group to have by default.

You can adjust many different career settings for all Sims in your save through the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod’s career menu on the computer!

• Bypass Played Households: Enable this setting to have MC Command Center Sims 4 mod skip over all your played households when managing careers for Sims in the world.
• Career Difficulty Adjustment: Make gaining promotions easier or more difficult.
• Children Quit School: Allows children to quit school. Useful for historical saves where most children did not have formal schooling.
• Neighbourhood Stories Settings: You can choose whether you want the Maxis Neighbourhood Stories to override MC Command Center Sims 4 mod’s story progression settings for career changes or vice versa.
• School Homework Progression: Make grade school and high school homework faster or slower to complete.
• Secret Society Decay Percent: If you own Discover University, you can make it easier or more difficult for secret society members to keep their rank in the organization.
• Teens Quit School: Allows teens to quit school. Useful for historical saves and emancipation or drop out stories.
• University Difficulty Adjustment: Make getting good grades in university easier or more difficult.
• University Homework Progression: Make university homework faster or slower to complete.

The following settings for the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod offer a few different general maintenance and cleanup options for different aspects of your save that may have become glitchy or messy over time. Some features here are pretty advanced but we’ll break it down as simply as possible for you. Of course, you can always choose not to use these options if you’d rather keep things simple.

• Detail Logging: Enable this to get more details about what cleaning actions the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod took during a cleaning sweep.
• Cleaner Definition Name: Name the definition anything you like.
• Clean Ages: Set which ages to remove specified items from.
• Clean Genders: Set which genders to remove specified items from.
• Clean Occult Types: Set which occult types to remove specified items from.
• Clean Sim Types: Select which types of Sims to remove specified items from (NPCs, Active Sims, or Played Sims)
• Clean Body Types: Choose what types of accessories and/or physical attributes to remove from the specified Sims, such as body hair, acne, earrings, etc.
• Clean Outfit Categories: Set which outfit categories you want the specified items to be removed from.
• Scheduled Clean-Up Percent: Define how likely it is that a Sim matching the specified parameters for item cleanup will have items removed during a clean cycle. 0 is never, 100 is always.
• Age-Up Percent: Define how likely it is that MCCC will clean items on a Sim when they age up according to the definitions you’ve set for that age group. 0 is never, 100 is always.
• Tray Percent: Define how likely it is that a Sim randomly generated from your tray (library) will have items removed according to your cleaner settings. 0 is never, 100 is always.
• Sync Glasses: If a Sim is wearing glasses in one of their outfit categories, this setting will apply the same glasses to all of that Sim’s outfits except for Bathing (Nude), Sleepwear, and Swimwear.
• Bypass Family Ghosts: If enabled, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod will not delete ghosts in the active household’s family tree.
• Clean Culled Sims: If a Sim has been marked for culling by The Sims 4 or is a ghost that has been released to the netherworld, delete them from the game.
• Sync Household Names: Enable this to have the household name change to whatever family is currently living there.
• Households to Clean: Specify which households should have their relationships cleaned. Choose between NPCs, played Sims, only active Sims, only active households, and more.
• Pet Relationships to Clean: Delete any pet relationships below a specified level.
• Relationships to Leave: Set a specific number of relationships to leave alone when running relationship cleans.
• Relationships to Clean: Delete any Sim relationships below a specific level.
• Sync Married Names: If two Sims are married but their last names do not match, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod will sync their names to match.

If you own the Get Together expansion pack, this section of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod controls everything related to the clubs feature. Increase the member limit and run other maintenance on clubs in the world.

• Bypass Played Households: If enabled, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod won’t manage clubs for your played households.
• Club Member Count: Increase the maximum number of members a club can have to up to 50 Sims. Extra Sims will need to be added via social interactions. You are still restricted to 8 members when managing members through club menus.
• Maximum Joinable Clubs: Increase the maximum number of clubs a Sim can join at one time to up to 50 clubs. Sims will have to join extra clubs via social interactions. You are still restricted to 3 clubs when managing clubs through menus.
• Monitor Club Members: If enabled, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod will periodically add eligible Sims to clubs, preventing the club from being deleted when all the members die. It will also remove any Sims who are no longer eligible to be in a club.
• Open Members: You can tell the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod how many open spaces to leave in a club for new members.

• Facial Hair Ages: Choose which ages are valid to have facial hair applied to them.
• Facial Hair Percents: Choose the percentage of valid Sims in a specific age group that will have facial hair. 0 is no Sims, 100 is all of them.
• Check Dark Form Makeup: If you own Vampires, enabling this will apply your makeup settings to vampire dark forms, too.
• Copy/Paste Facepaint: When copy/pasting makeup between outfits or Sims, you can choose to include any facepaint the Sim may be wearing or not.
• Makeup Ages: Select which ages are valid to have makeup.
• Makeup Genders: Select which genders are valid to have makeup.
• Makeup Outfits: Select which outfits are valid to have makeup. Very useful for making sure Sims don’t have makeup on in their sleepwear, swimwear, and athletic outfit categories.
• Run Makeup Check: Periodically run a check to make sure all Sims in the world comply with your makeup settings.
• Clean Dark Form Outfits: Enable this if you want your outfit settings to apply to vampire Dark Form outfits, too.
• Female After Career Outfit: Specify which outfit category female Sims should change into when they get home from work.
• Male After-Career Outfit: Specify which outfit category male Sims should change into when they get home from work.
• Multiple Outfit Percentage: Set the percentage of Sims allowed to have multiple outfits in a category. 0 is no Sims, 100 is all Sims.
• Maximum Outfits: Set the maximum number of outfits Sims can have in any given outfit category up to The Sims 4’s maximum of 5 outfits per category.
• Multiple Outfit Genders: Select which genders can have multiple outfits in a category.

• Situation Use Standard: Sometimes, a situation will try to dress Sims in one of the normal outfit categories (formal, party, athletic, etc). You can enable this if you want to allow this to happen rather than having MCCC try to dress them in another random outfit.
• Percent Use Custom Skintone: Decide what percentage of newly-generated Sims should have a custom skintone vs. a default skintone. 0 is no Sims, 100 is all Sims.

This section of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod deals solely with occult Sims, so players who do not own any packs that come with occult life states don’t need to worry about this section. However, players who do have occults in their game will have plenty of options to customize how they look and behave with the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod.

• Maximum Challenge Number: The maximum number of Lot Challenges MCCC is allowed to apply to a lot.
• Alter Neighbourhood Stories: Decide whether or not you want the Neighbourhood Stories move-in feature to use the custom move-in rules you’ve set with MCCC.
• Bypass Sim Culling: Prevent the game from deleting Sims.
• Bypass Clown Walkby: Stop the Tragic Clown from spawning.
• No Reaper Stalking: Stop the Grim Reaper from just casually showing up in random places when no one is dying.
• Randomize Visiting Sims: Prevents Sims from visiting a lot in the same order every single time.
• Disable Immortal Sims: Pretty self-explanatory. Stops Sims from being immortal.
• Maximum Sims in Zone: The maximum number of Sims allowed to spawn in one area. The default is 20. You can raise this number if you want more Sims to populate your lots but be aware that the higher you raise this number, the harder it is on your computer to run.
• Adjust Sims on Lot: If you want to further tweak the number of Sims allowed on lots, you can go through pack by pack, lot type by lot type, and adjust how many Sims you want to appear on that type of lot.

Control who your Sims adopt and have babies with and plenty of other settings to help you fine-tune how adoptions, pregnancies, and marriages happen with the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod’s Pregnancy menu!

• Adoption Ages: Valid ages for adoption. Ranges from newborn to teen.
• Adoption Percent Male: The percent of adopted children that can be male.
• Opposite Sex Adoption Percent: The percent of opposite-sex couples who will adopt children.
• Rename Non-Active Adoptions: Rename the adopted child to match the last name of their parents.
• Same Sex Adoption Percent: The percent of same-sex couples who will adopt children.
• Allow Homeless Marriage: If enabled, homeless Sims will be allowed to marry residential Sims.
• Bypass Dorm Residents: Enable this if you don’t want university students living in campus dorms to get married.
• Bypass Played Households: Enable this if you don’t want MCCC marrying off Sims in your played households.
• Bypass Robots: Enable this to prevent servos from getting married.
• Bypass Active Sim Romances: Enable this to prevent MCCC from marrying off Sims who are already romantically involved with someone else.
• Days to Run Checks: How many days in the week you’d like MCCC to set up marriages for eligible Sims.
• Flag Gender Preferences: If enabled, MCCC will permanently change the gender preference of Sims to match their spouse. For example, if a Sim is married to someone of the same sex, MCCC will change that Sim’s gender preferences to only prefer the same sex.
• Marriage Percentage: The percentage of eligible Sims who will get married during one of MCCC’s marriage checks.
• Use Gender Preferences: Enable this if you want MCCC to take Sims’ gender preferences into account when setting up marriages.
• Valid Marriage Ages: Select which ages can get married.
• Alter Neighbourhood Stories: If enabled, the Maxis Neighbourhood Stories pregnancy system will follow the same rules as your custom pregnancy settings with MCCC.
• Only Use Neighbourhood Stories: This completely disables MCCC’s pregnancy module and the game will only use the default Neighbourhood Stories system.
• Identical Offspring Chance: Set the chance of twins and triplets being identical rather than fraternal.
• Inherit Trait Type: Enable to have children inherit traits from their parents.
• Maximum Household Children: Decide how many children are allowed to be in a household.
• Maximum Inherit Traits: Set the maximum number of traits children can inherit from their parents.
• Maximum Offspring: Set the maximum number of children a Sim is allowed to have in their lifetime.
• Offspring Gender: Set the male/female gender ratio for new babies that are born.
• Rename Non-Active Offspring: By default, the game assigns a random name to children born in non-active households. You can change this so that when a baby is born in another household, you are prompted to pick their name.
• Sync Child Surname: Enable this to sync children’s surnames to their parents’.
• Manually Rename Spouses: When Sims in the world get married, you can tell MCCC to prompt you to manually choose their surname.
• Move Families: When marrying Sims and moving them into the same household, move any children those Sims have as well.
• Remove Service Limit: Enable this to allow service NPCs to marry.

• Birth Control Duration: Control how long birth control will be effective.
• All Moods Birth Control: Enable this if you want the birth control option to be available in all emotional states, not just the Flirty emotion.

As you can see, the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod is a super powerful tool that will allow you to take control of and manage just about every single aspect of your game. It really is the ultimate must-have mod for The Sims 4 for all players who wish they could fine-tune how their Sims behave and how story progression works.

But the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod is not just for customizing global settings. It also allows you to customize things on an individual level. You can adjust settings for each individual Sim in your worlds just by clicking on them and selecting the MC Command menu option. Clicking on a Sim brings up a different MC Command menu that controls pretty much everything about that individual Sim.

Modify Household in CAS

This option on Sims takes you directly to CAS to edit the household without having to send a Sim to a mirror or dresser to plan outfits.

If you’ve increased the household size limit and the current household has more than 8 Sims, this option won’t be available. You’ll see the “Modify in CAS” option instead, which only allows you to edit one Sim at a time in CAS. This is to prevent the game from deleting extra family members when you go into CAS with an overstuffed household. ALWAYS use this option if you have an overstuffed household.

Sim Commands

The Sim Commands menu of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod handles many different things. If there is any kind of basic maintenance you want to do on a Sim, this is the section for all that stuff.

• Modify in CAS: Go straight to CAS to modify the selected Sim
• Set Age: Age your Sim up or down
• Rename Sim: Edit your Sim’s name
• Delete Sim: Delete your Sim
• Kill Sim: Instantly kill the Sim

• Copy Skintone: Copy the skintone of the selected Sim
• Copy Traits: Copy the traits of the selected Sim
• Paste Tray Sim: Replace the selected Sim with a Sim from your library
• Add Trait: Add a trait to the selected Sim.
• Change Personality Traits: Change the basic CAS traits for the selected Sim.
• Remove Trait: Remove a trait from the selected Sim.
• Random Body Part Value: Assign a random body part value to the selected Sim. You can chose any body part from a list to randomize.

• Set Body Part Value: Set any part of the Sim’s body to the desired value.
• Set Physique: Change the Sim’s fit/fat levels.
• Set Sim Voice: Change the Sim’s voice.

• Sunbathing Options: Make a Sim tanned, sunburnt, remove a tan or sunburn, or make a tan or sunburn permanent.

• Make Club Leader: If your Sim is in a club, make them club leader

• Increase Celebrity Level: If you own Get Famous, set your Sim’s celebrity level from 1 to 5.
• Add Lifestyle: Add a lifestyle to your Sim
• Remove Lifestyle: If your Sim has a lifestyle, you can remove it from them
• Accept All Degrees: Allows the Sim to enroll in all distinguished degrees regardless of their actual qualifications
• Award All Degrees: Gives the Sim all degrees
• Award Specific Degree: Gives the Sim a specific degree
• Enroll in University: If the Sim is not in university, enroll them instantly
• Finish Term: If the Sim is in university, immediately finish the current term
• Graduate Now: If the Sim is in university, graduate immediately
• Join Organization: If the Sim is in university, select an organization for them to join
• Increase Organization Rank: Go up a rank in an organization
• Leave Organization: Leave an organization
• Withdraw from University: If the Sim is in university, have them drop out
• Add Buff: Add a moodlet to the Sim
• Cheat Emotion Intensity: Put your Sim into a specific emotion and decide how strong that emotion should be
• Remove All Buffs: Remove all moodlets from a Sim, including hidden moodlets
• Remove Buff: Remove a specific moodlet from a Sim
• Forget All Skills: Makes the Sim forget all their known skills
• Max All Skills: Maxes out all skills for the Sim
• Randomize Skill Levels: Sets all skills to a random level
• Set All Skill Levels: Sets all skills to a specific level
• Set Skills To Level: Sets one skill to a specific level
• Abduct Sim: Immediately abduct the Sim
• Club Points: Add club points
• Followers: Add online followers

• Make Happy: Instantly fill all your Sim’s motives
• Complete Aspiration Goal: Complete the next goal in your Sim’s current aspiration milestone. If there are no more goals to complete, it will complete that aspiration milestone
• Reset Aspiration: Reset your Sim’s aspiration goals
• Reset Sim: Reset your Sim. Useful for resolving all kinds of glitches.

This portion of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod basically just cleans out Sim and household inventories for you. Useful when your Sims are always accumulating a lot of random stuff in their inventories.

• Move Inventory: Moves the Sim’s inventory to the household inventory
• Sell Household Inventory: Sells everything in the household inventory
• Sell Sim Inventory: Sells everything in the Sim’s inventory

Customize everything about what your Sim wears in this part of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod!

• Copy Outfit: Copies the Sim’s outfit
• Copy Hair: Copies the Sim’s hairstyle
• Copy Facial Hair: Copies the Sim’s facial hair
• Copy Hair and Facial Hair: Copies both the Sim’s hairstyle and facial hair
• Copy Body Hair: Copies the Sim’s body hair
• Change Outfit: Instantly change a Sim’s outfit without the little Change Outfit twirl animation
• Excluded Items: You can select specific items from this list to blacklist, meaning the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod will always remove that item from them when doing dresser checks.
• Include Items: You can select specific items from this list to whitelist, meaning the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod will always add that item to them when doing dresser checks.
• Randomize Part: Select a CAS part category from the list to randomize
• Clean Outfit: This removes any blacklisted items and adds any whitelisted items to the Sim’s outfit
• Save Outfit: Save the current outfit for the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod to select from when dressing townies.
• Add Outfit to Category: Add a new outfit slot to the selected clothing category
• Custom Definition Name: Name your category whatever you want
• Body Type Group: Select any body types you want to apply to the category
• Use Custom Definition Percent: Defines the chance that this custom definition will be applied to Sims when they age up or are generated by the game
• Use Parent Values Percent: When a child ages into a teen, define the chance of them inheriting a custom definition from a parent if one or both of their parents have a custom definition applied to them.
• Change Tray Import Percent: Define the chance of the custom definition being applied to an imported library Sim.
• Randomize Clothing: Randomize the Sim’s current outfit

Most of the options in this section won’t be visible unless the selected Sim is already pregnant. You can adjust how many babies the Sim is pregnant with, their genders, speed up or pause the pregnancy and more with these MC Command Center Sims 4 mod settings.

• Start Pregnancy: Begin a pregnancy for the selected Sim. You can choose the other parent as well.
• Start Alien Pregnancy: Begin an alien pregnancy using a pollinator alien as the other parent.
• Pregnancy Phase: Set the pregnancy phase to the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimesters.
• Offspring: Specify the number of babies the Sim will have and their genders.
• Specify Offspring Count: If you want to change the number of offspring but not the gender, use this setting.
• Pregnancy End: Immediately terminates the pregnancy. Sims will not react negatively or positively to this. It’s as if the pregnancy never happened.
• Change Partner: You can change the other parent of unborn Sims
• Pause Pregnancy: Pause the pregnancy. The pregnancy will not progress until you unpause it.

Fine tune how your Sim behaves with the MC Tuner section of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod.

• Restore Autonomy: If you’ve disallowed certain autonomous actions using the autonomy scan function, you can restore autonomy for those actions.
• Trait Autonomy Scan: Brings up a list of actions your Sim will do autonomously based on their traits, which you can disable if you find it annoying. For example, you can stop Recycle Disciples from swiping random objects in order to recycle them.
• Enable Autonomy Scan: This enables an autonomy scan function on basically any object in the game that Sims can interact with. Click on an object and choose Autonomy Scan to bring up a list of actions Sims can do autonomously with that object. You can disable any autonomous actions on that object you don’t want Sims to do. For example, you can click on sinks and disable the Get Water interaction to prevent Sims from autonomously getting water from the sink.

Sim Flags/Flag Active Sims

These are actually two different sections of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod but they do the same thing. The only difference is that Sim Flags only affects the selected Sim and Flag Active Sims affects all Sims in the household. Flags are like special instructions you give to the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod on how to handle specific Sims. For example, if you have Sims set to age in your save but you have one particular Sim you’re attached to and don’t want them to age up, you can Flag for No Age on that Sim to tell MCCC that it should never age that Sim up regardless of your other settings.

• Flag Freeze Skills: Sim will not gain any more skill progress
• Flag to Freeze Motives: Sim’s motives will never decay
• Flag to Never Cull: Sim will never be deleted by the game
• Flag as Immortal: Sim will be immune to death
• Flag for No Age: Sim will never age
• Flag Freeze Career: Sim will never progress farther in their career
• Flag Freeze University: Sim will never progress farther in university
• Flag Freeze Appearance: Sim’s appearance will never change
• Flag Freeze Physique: Sim will never gain or lose weight or muscle mass
• Flag Bypass Outfit Changes: Bypass this Sim when doing dresser sweeps
• Flags Affecting Offspring: Flags that affect the Sim’s offspring will show up here
• Flag for No Jealousy: Sim will never become jealous or make other Sims jealous

Relationships

Add, delete, and change the selected Sim’s relationships using this portion of the MC Command Center Sims 4 mod!

• Add Relationship : Add a new relationship between the selected Sim and another specified Sim.
• Add Relationship with Sim on Lot: Add a new relationship between the selected Sim and another Sim on the lot.
• Delete Relationship: Delete a relationship between the selected Sim and another Sim
• Clear All Relationships: Clear all relationships for the selected Sim
• Set Active Relationship for Lot: Set the relationship between the selected Sim and all other Sims on the lot
• Everyone Forget Active: Have all Sims forget the selected Sim
• Everyone Forget Active All: Have all Sims forget the selected Sim and remove all family ties
